Josh doesn't really...categorize people by teams, so not really. It helps that a lot of what he's seen of other teams has involved some pretty serious rifts -- he knows Ven's had team issues, he knows about Ruby's frequent explosions because he and Konatsu are friends, etc. And his experience with team collectivization have been negative, since the only time he's really seen Tiger's Eye categorized was when Mitchell killed someone and some people blamed his whole team. So he tries not to do that himself. In his mind, team is family, but families can argue and have differences of opinion and still be family, and judging a whole family by one person is kind of dumb.
